James Lutz joined the firm in 2022. Prior to joining, he worked at Citigroup and was a member of the Human Resources Analyst Program, where he worked on the Global Mobility and Markets HR Advisory teams. Following this, James joined Citi’s Executive Compensation team, where he helped to design and administer executive pay, create materials for Citi’s Personnel and Compensation Committee, and research market practices within the financial services industry.
