Glass Lewis Issues Updates to 2023 Policy Guidelines

In mid-November, Glass Lewis (“GL”) released its policy updates for shareholder meetings held after January 1, 2023.  Updates and clarifications to the United States and ESG Initiatives policy guidelines that impact GL’s evaluation of proposals related to Say-on-Pay, re-election of Compensation Committee members, and other compensation-related items are summarized below.  Copies of Glass Lewis’s full policy guidelines for 2023 can be found at Glass Lewis Voting Policies.
