Voytek Sokolowski joined the firm in 2016. His consulting engagements focus on all aspects of executive and board compensation and he engages with clients across all industries and throughout all stages of the business cycle. Voytek specializes in executive compensation trends, annual and long-term incentive program design, peer group development, and the relationship between executive pay and company performance. Voytek has also assisted in developing equity plan proposals and employment agreements for new CEOs. In 2017, he co-authored the firm’s Top 250 report, which details the equity trends and grant practices of the 250 largest companies in the S&P 500. Voytek is also responsible for the firm’s monthly Say-On-Pay updates.
