Joey Choi joined the firm in 2017. She provides technical and analytic support in all areas of executive compensation. She has experience working with clients from various industries among the for-profit and not-for-profit sectors, specializing in health care and higher education. She offers research support and in-depth analyses in executive compensation matters pertaining to executive and board of directors compensation evaluation, peer group development, incentive plan design and change-in-control/severance agreements.
Prior to joining the firm, Joey served as an analyst at a not-for-profit, tax-exempt organization, providing consulting services to local companies in the for-profit tech sector and developing a balanced understanding of the operations of both for-profit and not-for-profit organizations
