Laura Clements joined the firm in 2007 and assists clients and their boards with executive and board of director compensation issues.
With 25 years consulting experience Laura has worked with clients on a variety of compensation and benefits issues. She has experience in design and implementation of executive compensation programs including annual incentives, both cash and equity-based long-term incentives, executive benefits, and board of director compensation. Laura’s clients have included private sector companies in manufacturing, retail, high tech, wholesale, and service industry as well as several nonprofit organizations.
Prior to joining FW Cook, Laura worked for Mercer Human Resource Consulting in the Human Capital practice and prior to that at Hewitt Associates LLC in their retirement practice.
She is a member of WorldatWork and the National Association of Stock Plan Professionals.
