Jose Furman joined the firm in 2016 and advises public and private companies on executive and director compensation matters. He works with Compensation Committees and management teams to design programs that align stakeholder interests and support strategic objectives. His experience includes incentive plan design, pay benchmarking, pay-for-performance analysis, proxy disclosure, peer group development, and severance and change-in-control arrangements. His clients span the financial services, leisure and hospitality, and consumer discretionary sectors.
