James Garriga joined the firm in 2015. Since then he has gained experience providing personalized and ongoing support to both public and private companies in many different industries. His current responsibilities include peer group analysis, total compensation design, tracking company performance over multi-year cycles, and preparing presentations.

Prior to joining the firm, James worked as a tax analyst for MTS consulting where he specialized in aiding for-profit and non-profit care facilities utilize the tax laws that have been put in place to help them operate successfully.
