Emilia McDougal joined the firm in 2025. Prior to joining the firm, she interned with the Boston Consulting Group as a Summer Analyst. During her time at BCG, she contributed to developing a confidential strategic framework for a federal government agency, drawing on qualitative analysis and stakeholder insights to shape key recommendations. While at Northwestern, she served as a Teaching Assistant for one of the university’s largest Economics courses, where she developed strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
