Elaine joined the firm in 2024. Prior to joining FW Cook, she worked as an HR Coordinator at a real estate firm where she gained experience in compensation benchmarking and data analysis. She consults on all aspects of executive market assessments, peer group review, incentive plan design, and director pay review.
