Kathryn Neel has been a compensation consultant with the firm for nearly 10 years.
Since joining the firm, Kathryn has provided independent compensation consulting services to a wide variety of our clients across many industries, including food, beverage, retail, apparel, financial services and pharmaceuticals. Her clients include Fortune 500 companies as well as several smaller companies, some of which are privately owned and/or private equity financed, and some companies going through the IPO process or who have recently gone public.
Kathryn’s primary work consists of advising board compensation committees on matters pertaining to short and long-term incentive plan design, financial goal-setting and measurement, executive and non-employee director compensation, peer selection and competitive analyses, and corporate and board governance matters.
Prior to joining the firm, Kathryn was a certified public accountant (CPA) with Ernst & Young LLP in the financial services practice of their New York office.
