Alexia Romani joined the firm in 2023. Prior to joining FW Cook, she was the Sourcing Analyst Intern at First Republic Bank. As an Industrial Engineering student at the University of Southern California, Alexia was Vice President of the USC chapter of Institute of Industrial & Systems Engineers and worked on COVID-19 related biosafety research. Her classes and internship provided her with experience in process improvement and optimization, financial valuation, data analysis, and project management.
