Lizett Meraz joined the firm in 2018 after three years with executive compensation consulting firm, Pearl Meyer.

Specializing in executive compensation, Lizett works closely with the lead consultant, board of directors, management and related parties to assume the project management, research and analytic requirements for both interim and ongoing client relationships.

Lizett has a variety of experience working with not-for-profit organizations, mutual insurers, private entities and publicly-traded companies (incl. the S&P 500) on engagements ranging from compensation leveling and plan design to special retention, IPO and M&A-related transactional work.

In addition to client-based work, Lizett has contributed to and helped manage the annual Director Compensation Report published by the National Association of Corporate Directors (NACD). The report provides a comprehensive perspective on director pay practices across a wide range of industries and company sizes.
