Dana joined the firm in 2016 with more than 12 years of experience in executive compensation, from both consulting as well as leading the executive compensation functions at The Coca-Cola Company and SunTrust. In her role at FW Cook, Dana provides consulting for Compensation Committees and executive management teams on matters relating to: aligning executive compensation programs to business strategy, annual and long-term incentive plan design, non-employee director compensation, equity plans and share authorizations, and proxy disclosures.
Prior to joining the firm, Dana was the Head of Executive Compensation at SunTrust Banks, Inc., and prior to that, was the Director of Executive Compensation at The Coca-Cola Company. In both roles, she was responsible for the design and development of executive compensation plans and programs, as well as the development of materials for meetings of, and presentation to, the Compensation Committee of the Board of Directors. In addition, she provided strategic, governance, and technical guidance to senior management and human resources business partners on matters relating to executive compensation and long-term incentive compensation. Dana started her executive compensation career at Mercer where she worked for five years as an associate and a senior associate.
