He joined the firm in 1997, having previously spent five years with Towers Perrin as an executive compensation and benefits consultant and three years with A. Foster Higgins & Co. He holds an M.B.A. in finance and management from New York University, a B.S. in economics from Rutgers University, and is a certified employee benefit specialist.
