Shannon Disbrow joined the firm in 2013. In her current role, Shannon supports principals in developing customized recommendations for clients and providing clients with ongoing analytical support. She has experience working on projects for public and private companies across a broad range of company sizes and industries. Her professional experience includes evaluating the competitiveness of executive and director compensation levels and structure, determining alignment of realized compensation and company performance over a multi-year period, and assessing the appropriateness of aggregate equity compensation levels, among others.
